A. Case No. ZA-4-99. 7209 Otey Drive
The Board of Zoning Appeals granted a variance to Section 24-257, Minimum Lot Width, of the James City County Zoning Ordinance. This variance reduces the minimum lot width to no less than 95 feet at the building setback line with the condition that a foundation survey will be required to insure that the building meets this setback.
