The Board of Zoning Appeals granted a variance to Section 24-258(b), Yard Regulations, of the James City County Zoning Ordinance. This variance establishes the rear yard setback at 28 feet to permit the construction of a deck.
B. Case No. ZA-6-99. 3721 Cherry Walk
The Board of Zoning Appeals denied a variance request to Section 24-258, Yard Regulations, of the James City County Zoning Ordinance. This variance request was for an existing above ground swimming pool.
