    1. A.  Case No. AFD-13-86.  Gospel Spreading Church (Gilley Addition) AFD - 2000 Rees Property Withdrawal - Mr. John Hughes has applied to withdraw approximately 81 acres from AFD-13-86. The property is zoned R-8, Rural Residential, designated Low Density on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map, and is located at the end of Neck-O-Land Road adjacent to the Colonial Parkway. The property can be further identified as Parcel Nos. (25-1), (25-3), (25-4), and (25-5) on James City County Real Estate Tax Map No. (47-3).  (Map)  (Resolution, pg. 1)  (Resolution, pg. 2) (Approved)
    2. B. Case No. SUP-7-00.  Hertzler Clearing and Grading - Mr. Steven L. Hertzler has applied for a special use permit to allow the manufacture and sale of wood products, the storage and repair of heavy equipment, and a contractor's warehouse and office at 9537 Barnes Road.  The property is zoned A-1, General Agricultural, and designated Rural Lands on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. The property can be further identified as Parcel No. (1-12A) on James City County Real Estate Tax Map No. (4-3).  (Map) (Approved)
    3. C. Case No. Z-7-00 / SUP-24-99.  Griesenauer Residential Cluster - Mr. Joseph S. Terrell, Sr. has applied on behalf of Mr. Paul Griesenauer to rezone 24 acres from R-8, Rural Residential, to R-2, General Residential, and for a special use permit for a residential cluster with a maximum gross density of more than one unit per acre.  The site is located at 248 Ingram Road, at the north end of Ingram Road and at the end of Powhatan Springs Road.  The site is designated Low-Density Residential on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map and is further identified as Parcel No. (1-15) on James City County Real Estate Tax Map No. (46-2).  The project proposes a density of 2.71 dwelling units per acre. (Deferred)
    4. D. Case No. SUP-8-00 / SUP-9-00.  Lee Bickford Borrow Pit - Mr. Vernon Geddy, III, has applied on behalf of Branscome Enterprises and Sanifill of VA, Inc., to amend the conditions of SUP-30-97 and SUP-31-97 to allow for the continued operation of borrow pits located on property adjacent to the Greenmount Tract. The property is zoned M2, General Industrial, and can be further identified as Parcel Nos.     5. E. Case No. SUP-17-00.  PrimeCo Communication Tower - Mr. Vernon Geddy, III, has applied on behalf of PrimeCo for a special use permit to allow for the construction of a 199-foot tall wireless communications facility at 4881 Centerville Road.  The property is zoned A-1, General Agricultural, is located outside the Primary Service Area, and is designated Rural Lands on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map.  The property can be further identified as Parcel No. (1-56) on the James City County Real Estate Tax Map No. (36-2).  (Conditions)  (Map)  (Att. 2, pg. 1)  (Att. 2, pg. 2)  (Att. 2, pg. 3) (Approved)
