County Code Supplement No. 18 Contains all Ordinances adopted by the Board between July 13, 2005 through October 31, 2005


31A-219 - August 9, 2005 - Amends and reordains Chapter 24, Zoning, by amending Article II, Special Regulations, Division 6, Wireless Communications Facilities, Section 24-122, Where permitted, types; Article V, Districts, Division 5, Residential Planned Community District, R-4, by adding new Section 24­294, Uses permitted by special use permit only.

169A-11* - September 13, 2005 - Approved adding an additional parcel to the Mill Creek AFD (AFD-7-86), the Findlay addition.

9A-14 - October 11, 2005 - Amends and reordains Chapter 9, Fire Protection, by amending Article I, Fire Prevention Code, Section 9-1, Adoption of Virginia Statewide Fire Prevention Code.

31A-220 - October 11, 2005 - Amends and reordains Chapter 24, Zoning, by amending Article V, Districts, Division 8, Rural Residential District, R-8, Section 24-349, Uses permitted by special use permit only.

66A-53 - October 11, 2005 - Amends and reordains Chapter 13, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, by amending Article II, Driving Automobiles, Etc., While Intoxicated or Under the Influence of Any Drug, Section 13-29, Recovery of expenses for emergency response.
