County Code Supplement No. 9 Contains all Ordinances adopted by the Board between March 1, 2002 through June 30, 2002

195*** - March 28, 2002 - An ordinance approving the Virginia Energy Purchasing Governmental Association ("VEPGA"), Joint Powers Association Agreement, dated March 1, 2002. The Agreement authorizes James City County to participate with other localities in negotiating the procurement of electric supply, electric delivery and other energy related services.

30A-28 - May 14, 2002 - Amends and reordains Chapter 19, Subdivisions, by amending Article I, General Provisions, Section 19-15, Fees.

81A-12 - May 14, 2002 - Amends and reordains Chapter 4, Building Regulations, by amending Article I, General Provisions, Section 4-8, Generally.

55A-32 -  June 11, 2002 - Amends and reordains Chapter 2, Administration, by amending Article III, Board of Supervisors, by deleting Section 2-7, One supervisor from each magisterial district.

66A-47 -  June 25, 2002 - Amends and reordains Chapter 13, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, by amending Article I, in General, Section 13-7, Adoption of state law; and Article II, Driving Automobiles, etc., while intoxicated or under the influence of any drug, Section 13-28, Adoption of state law, generally.

107A-39 - June 25, 2002 - Amends and reordains Chapter 20, Taxation, by amending Article III, Personal Property Tax, by amending Section 20-13.5, Exemption from personal property tax for specially equipped motor vehicles.

156A-9 -  June 25, 2002 - Amends and reordains Chapter 1, General Provisions, by amending Section 1-13, Courthouse fee.
