Navigate your local government with the Citizens' Guide to Services. This publication includes a description and contact information for each County department and answers to citizens' frequently asked questions.
The Civic Engagement Coordinator is available to visit your homeowners' association meetings or other organization meetings. These meetings provide opportunities to learn more about County services, discover new ways to stay connected with James City County and work with County staff to address topics of interest to your neighborhood.
All James City County neighborhoods are invited to the Neighborhood Leaders Forum (NLF) meeting series. NLF meets at 6:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every other month at the James City County Recreation Center, 5301 Longhill Rd. Each meeting features a guest speaker, an update from the Police department, and a group discussion. Don’t miss this opportunity for education and dialogue!
