The Map Book Update Project
Over the past few years the County has undergone a great deal of growth in the community. With this growth, of course, come new road networks to respond over. James City County has long known the value of citizen volunteers, and the Map Project is a fine example of one of those citizens.
Paul Marriott has been devoting his time in keeping track of new road construction and updating the apparatus map books to reflect these changes. Using an auto CAD program, Paul is able to draw, label, and publish updated map pages on a continuing basis.
