William C. Porter, Jr. (citizen-at-large)

 

William C. Porter, Jr., has a total of 38 years of experience working in local governments across Virginia, including time in Henrico, Stafford, Louisa, and 17 years with James City County.  During his time with James City County, Bill served as the Assistant County Administrator for 12 years before retiring in September 2008.  He holds a BA from Randolph-Macon College and an MS in Regional and Urban Planning from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
