Attend a Planning Commission Forum
The Planning Commission Forums were held in August and Sept. of 2011. Results and input from the Forums is available on http://www.jamescitycountyva.gov/jccplans/what.html.
Read and Attend Regular Meetings
Review meeting materials on the web and then come to the meeting to hear the discussion. All meetings will have the opportunity for public comment.
Also, stay tuned in to your local newspapers and “e-FYI,” the citizen’s electronic newsletter. “FYI” is now available only on the Internet. For more information, call 253-6864 or subscribe by calling 757-259-4029 or by visiting the e-subscribe page to get an electronic version e-mailed to you.

The Planning Division office is located at Building A of the County Government Complex, 101 Mounts Bay Rd. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments are suggested, but not required, to ensure the appropriate staff member is available to answer your questions.
