An update on the Ordinance Update - The Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Update process is now entering Stage 2. This stage includes taking the feedback we’ve received and drafting ordinance text. Once considered and adopted in Stage 3, this text will determine uses of specific properties, review procedures, and design requirements for landscaping, cell towers, new subdivision lots, and more.

Spring cleaning? - The County offers pre-paid bulk trash pickup for County residents for $75, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Accepted items include appliances, furniture, construction debris and yard waste. Forms are available online and at the Treasurer’s Office, Satellite Services and Fire Stations. County staff will contact you to schedule an appointment for pickup.
Materials must be roadside or curbside by 8 a.m. on the day of the appointment. No hazardous, commercial or business waste will be accepted. For more information, email or call
