THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY, JUNE 5, 2003, AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE BOARD ROOM, 101-C MOUNTS BAY ROAD, JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CASES:
ZA-06-03 214 HEMPSTEAD ROAD
Mr. Michael Minarik, property owner, has requested a variance to Section 24-258 (b), Yard Regulations, of the James City County Zoning Ordinance for the replacement of an existing deck at 214 Hempstead Road in the Windsor Forest subdivision. This request is to reduce the rear yard setback from the required 35 feet to 19 feet. This property is located in the R-2, General Residential Zoning District and can be further identified as Parcel No. (07-0-0030) on James City County Real Estate Tax Map No. (32-3).
