Five Forks Area Study Committee schedules final meeting

The Five Forks Area Study Committee will meet for a final time on Wednesday, August 25, at 6 p.m. at Clara Byrd Baker, 3131 Ironbound Road. Five Forks area residents, business owners and other County citizens are invited to attend and offer comments.

 

For the past two months, the Committee has been drafting guiding principles for future development in the Five Forks area. The final draft of the principles as well as all of the Committee’s meeting materials may be found at www.jccEgov.com.

 

It is anticipated the Committee will forward its final recommendations to be reviewed by the James City County Planning Commission at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, September 13, at 7 p.m. at the James City Government Complex, 101-F Mounts Bay Road. The Planning Commission will forward a final recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
