Balloon Test for Public Water Storage Facility Height Simulation

Stonehouse Commerce Park and Warhill Sports Complex

 

Notice is hereby given to the general public that balloon tests will be conducted on Wednesday, February 16, 2005; to simulate the height of two proposed public water storage facilities, each approximately 165-foot tall. The balloons will be in the air from approximately 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

 

The test will take place at 9186 Six Mt. Zion Road (Stonehouse Commerce Park) which can be further identified as Parcel No. (1-1) on the JCC Real Estate Tax Map No. (6-4). The test will also take place at 5700 Warhill Trial (Warhill Sports Complex) which can be further identified as Parcel No. (1-12) on the JCC Real Estate Tax Map No. (32-1).

 

In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the balloon tests will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2005, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Maps depicting the site of the balloon test are available from the James City County Planning Division, 101-A Mounts Bay Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
