The Rural Lands Committee is reviewing alternatives for rural residential development. Committee meetings are open to the public and will be held Oct. 19 and Nov. 2 from 4-6 p.m.and Nov. 16 from 3-5 p.m.at the James City Library. Citizens are encouraged to participate in a public workshop to be held Nov. 10 at 6:30 p.m.at Toano Middle School. Call 253-6685 for additional information.

 

The Toano Community Character Area Study to recommend design principles for future development in the Toano village area is seeking input from the public. Committee meetings will be held Oct. 19, Nov. 10, and 18 from 2-4 p.m.at the James City County Library. Citizens are encouraged to attend two public workshops that are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 2 and 16 at the Toano Middle School. Call 253-6685 for additional information.
