James City Service Authority Presents Spring "How To" Workshops

March 13, 2006, James City County – Ever wonder how to get that lush green lawn or have the best-looking plants in your neighborhood without putting a pinch in your water bill? The James City Service Authority (JCSA ) will teach residents how to do so at its monthly Spring Water Smart “How To” clinics.


One Saturday morning a month, beginning March 18, the James City County Extension Office and the James City County/Williamsburg Master Gardeners will present Water Smart Clinics at three different Williamsburg locations (see below). Topics for the Water Smart Clinics will include: Turf Management and Lawn Care, Plant Selection and Design and Low Maintenance Landscaping.
