THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 , 2007, AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE BOARD ROOM, 101-F MOUNTS BAY ROAD, JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CASE:
ZA-0010-2007 4073 S. Riverside Drive
Mr. Lew Faxon is requesting a variance to Section 24-256, Setback Requirements, of the James City County Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a new garage at 4073 S. Riverside Drive. The variance requested is to reduce the required minimum front yard setback from twenty five feet (25’) to ten feet (10’) for the construction of a new twenty four foot (24’) by forty four foot (44’) garage. The property is currently zoned R-2, General Residential Zoning District, and can be further identified as James City County Tax Map Number (19-1-05-0-0019).
