Policy Committee schedules meeting to discuss Mixed Use district setbacks

The Policy Committee of the James City County Planning Commission has scheduled a special meeting which will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at 10 AM in Building A of the County Complex, 101 Mounts Bay Road. During this meeting, the Policy Committee will be considering the following items: Ordinance Amendment dealing with setbacks in districts zoned Mixed Use (MU). As well as, a presentation period with the James City County Service Authority (JCSA) to learn more about the future of the water supply and sewer services provision in the County.
