Development Review Committee to hold special session

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

 

The Development Review Committee (DRC) of the Planning Commission is holding a Special Session on March 14, 2008. The meeting will be held at 2 p.m. in the Building E Conference Room in the James City County Government Complex. At this Special Session, the DRC will further consider The Settlement at Powhatan Creek, Phase II Subdivision plans for purposes of Preliminary Approval. This case was deferred from the January 4th and February 27th DRC meetings. The case is before the DRC pursuant to Section 19-23(b) of the James City County Subdivision Ordinance, which requires that major subdivisions of more than fifty lots be reviewed by the DRC. This project features sixty-six total lots/dwelling units.
