James City County’s Office of Economic Development is pleased to announce that they are now able to provide expanded in-depth commercial real estate information through subscription based services provided by a third party.
The searchable internet database, provides property specific data such as:
- space available for lease or purchase,
- tenant information,
- property information for clients’ web sites,
- industry professional directory,
- analytic information, and
- industry news.
Economic development staff can utilize the database through both simple and complex terms that may be customized based on a client’s needs.
The service will also provide analytic and demographic information including market reports, traffic counts, employment data, and real estate trends. Additionally, the service also can produce a variety of reports that can be used for marketing, presentations and business plans.
The County identified this service as an additional tool to help business prospects. “The service can identify specific space availability for any retail or office project as well as for industrial space needs,” said Keith Taylor, Economic Development Director for James City County. “We can now invite a broader client base to call us and put us to work.”
Interested businesses should contact the Office of Economic Development for more information by calling 757-253-6607 or visiting www.jccecondev.com.
The Office of Economic Development’s mission is to expand the business tax and job bases in the County.
