The annual outdoor water use regulations for James City Service Authority (JCSA) water customers that began on May 1 will end October 1.  Stage I drought conditions continue thus voluntary water conservation is strongly encouraged.  According to the U.S. Drought Monitor, our area is currently experiencing severe drought conditions.  It is particularly important that customers conserve water due to the extended period without rain.  Water demands are currently averaging over seven million gallons per day as compared to an average winter consumption of approximately four million gallons per day.

Updates will be available at www.jccEgov.com/jcsa, on JCC TV and on the County’s Facebook and Twitter sites.
