2011 Neighborhood Beautification Grants awarded

The James City Clean County Commission is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2011 Neighborhood Beautification Matching Grants. The County’s investment of $5,000 in grants combined with $16,709 of neighborhood investments of cash and in-kind services leveraged a total of $21,708 in neighborhood improvements.

 

The 2011 Neighborhood Beautification Matching Grants and projects are:

  • Brook Haven Homeowners Association - Spring Renewal Project
  • Fox Ridge Of Williamsburg HOA - Bulletin Board & Entrance Improvements
  • Greater First Colony Area Civic Association - Spring Blooming Trees for the Park Project
  • Greensprings Plantation Community Association - Memorial Park
  • Greensprings West - Daffodil & Spring Bulb Project #5
  • Ironbound Square - Information Board in the Park
  • Kingspoint Club Inc - Supplemental Plantings Kingspoint Clubhouse
  • Landfall at Jamestown HOA - Beautification Project for Common Area Around Tennis Court
  • The Mews - Walking Trail Plantings
  • New Town Residential Association - Beautification of Common Area #3
  • The Pointe Homes Association - Pointe of Jamestown Island Restoration Project
  • Powhatan Village Homeowners Association - Common Area between Falcon Creek, Beacon Hill & Eaglebrook
  • Westmoreland Owners Association - 2011 Signage Rehabilitation Project
