Planning Commission Policy Committee schedules 3 upcoming meetings

The Planning Commission Policy Committee has scheduled the following 3 upcoming meetings:
- Wednesday, February 23 -- Procedural and administrative items, including environmental, fiscal impact, and traffic study submittal guidelines and nonconforming uses.
- Thursday, February 24 -- Mixed use and green building, including general updates to the Mixed Use district, form-based code, and redevelopment.
- Tuesday, March 1 -- Wireless communications facilities, signage, and other outstanding ordinance update items.
All meetings will begin at 7 p.m. and will be located in Building A of the James City County Government Center, 101 Mounts Bay Road.
Members of the public, organizations, businesses, and other interested parties are invited to attend these meeting and opportunities for comment will be available. If you are unable to attend, comments can be submitted online by visiting http://www.jamescitycountyva.gov/citizen-survey/fillsurvey.php?sid=6. Meeting materials will be available on http://www.jccplans.org/schedule.html the week prior to the scheduled meeting.
