James City County Parks & Recreation
inclement weather closures for Monday, Oct. 29

 

All James City County parks are closed as of 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29 due to weather conditions. The closure supports the public safety of citizens and visitors as well as preserves parks and trails facilities.

 

The James City County Recreation Center, 5301 Longhill Rd., will close at 6 p.m. The James River Community Center, 8901 Pocahontas Trail, will not open today.

 

All Parks and Recreation programs held in County facilities will be closed or canceled as those facilities close at 6 p.m.
