James City County, York County and City of Williamsburg to hold joint Planning Commission work session

 

The Planning Commissions of James City County, York County and the City of Williamsburg will hold a joint work session Monday, April 30 at 7 p.m. in Legacy Hall, 4301 New Town Ave. The work session will focus on the simultaneous comprehensive plan reviews. Topics for discussion include:

  • Regional focus areas (Marquis/Busch Gardens/Riverside area, Lightfoot/Pottery area, Northeast Triangle and surrounding area and Yorktown/Lower York area);
  • General planning-related subjects (demographics, housing, transportation, public facilities and land use);
  • Citizen comments received from the four Community Forums held in February and March.
