Williamsburg Landing partners with James City County for energy-efficient lighting
Williamsburg Landing will install new exterior lighting throughout its campus after receiving a loan through James City County’s Recovery through Retrofit Program.
Recovery through Retrofit provides low cost loans for eligible projects which demonstrate energy savings and conservation. The $200,000 project replaces existing fixtures with new, high-efficiency, long-lasting LED fixtures. The project is expected to return all costs in less than 3 years through energy and maintenance cost savings.
For more information about Recovery through Retrofit, visit the website or call 757-259-5344.
