James City County to offer Freeride Bike Clinic

 

free ride skillsLearn the basics or enhance your freeride skills as you join Team Ruckus for a Freeride Bike Clinic in Freedom Park. The free clinic will be conducted over two days – April 27 and 28, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Through a series of safe and fun progressions, the clinic is designed to give riders the techniques and skills to take their riding to the next level. Learn to get over logs, carve berms, tackle skinnies and hit smaller drops and jumps with ease. Bike (full suspension recommended) and helmet required.

Registration is needed for the free clinic and can be completed at Freedom Park or the James City County Recreation Center, online at jamescitycountyva.gov/recreation using code #804727-B or by calling 757-259-4200. Freedom Park is located at 5537 Centerville Rd. For more information on the program, please call the park at 757-259-4022.
