JCSA 2012 annual water quality reports available

James City Service Authority’s (JCSA) 2012 annual water quality reports are now available online at These reports contain important information about the source and quality of our drinking water. There are seven reports total that include our Central Water System and six independent water systems of Glenwood Acres, King’s Village, Racefield, The Retreat, Wexford Hills and Riverview Plantation and Ware Creek Manor.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved use of electronic delivery methods for drinking water utilities to issue annual water quality reports to customers by July 1. JCSA water customers will receive notification that the reports are available online on the County’s website via bill messages, email, social media, the County’s electronic newsletter, e-FYI, and JCC TV.

Electronic delivery will result in a cost savings of approximately $8,500 as an alternative to a mass mailing. If customers prefer a paper copy, please contact the JCSA at or call 757-253-6859.
