Police seek assistance in identifying counterfeiting suspect

James City County Police Department is seeking assistance from citizens in identifying a suspect in multiple counterfeit cases.  The unknown female (pictured) used counterfeit $100 bills to make multiple purchases at stores in the Premium Outlets and also at a Wal-Mart in Richmond during August.

The suspect is described as a black female, aged between forty and fifty, with a tattoo on her chest and black hair, which may be a wig. The vehicle used by the suspect is also pictured.

Anyone with information is asked to call Investigator Karen Shuler at 757-259-5167 or 757-253-1800.
