Seasonal Aquatic Area Rules


To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we ask that you read and abide by all pool rules.


  • Cindy PhotoAll swimmers are required to take showers before entering the pool.
  • Proper bathing suits are required. Cutoffs are not permitted.
  • The use of profanity is strictly prohibited.
  • Running, pushing, dunking and horseplay are prohibited.
  • Diving, back dives and flips are prohibited.
  • Gum and glass containers are prohibited.
  • No playing, climbing and hanging on railings, ladders or ropes.
  • Patrons with skin disease(s), open wounds, nasal or ear discharge, inflamed eyes or any communicable disease are not allowed in the pool.
  • Patrons age 6-11 must take a swim proficiency test. If they pass, they may swim unaccompanied in the pool. Their supervising adult must remain within the pool area.
  • Patrons age 6-11 who do not pass the proficiency test must be directly supervised in the water in the same area of the pool by an adult age 16 or older.  Patrons ages 5 and younger must be directly supervised in the water in the same area of the pool by an adult age 16 or older. Adults must be in proper bathing suit attire and are not allowed to supervise from the pool deck.  (Directly supervised within arm’s reach.)
  • Four (4) youth (ages 11 and younger) may be supervised by one adult age 16 or older. The youth being supervised by one adult must be in the same pool if they have not passed the swim proficiency test.
  • Children in flotation devices shall be directly supervised by an adult age 16 or older. (Directly supervised within arm’s reach.)
  • Playpens are not permitted in pool area. Infants and Toddlers must be supervised at all times.  (Directly supervised within arm’s reach.)
  • Infants must wear tight-fitting plastic pants over diaper. (Swim diapers)
  • Use of swimming accessories and flotation devices shall be regulated by pool staff.
  • Non-swimmers are not permitted in deep water.
