Swim proficiency test and water slide rules

Swim Proficiency Test

Patrons age 6-11 are eligible to take the swim proficiency test which will allow them to swim unaccompanied in the water. The test consists of a 25 yard unassisted swim, using the stroke of their choice. Patron may not touch the bottom of the pool or stop. After passing the test, the lifeguards will fill out a Swim Proficiency card and issue a wristband.

Patron must visibly wear wristband when in the pool in order to swim without direct supervision. The patron will need to bring the swim card each time they visit the pool.   If the patron does not bring the swim card they will need to be retested.
