Inclusion is a service that provides accommodations to persons with disabilities for participation in recreation programs, facilities and leisure activities offered to the community. Inclusion also includes community and staff training, disability awareness programs, and accessibility of park trails and recreational facilities. James City County Parks & Recreation offers a variety of programs and activities for youth, teens and adults with disabilities. Each program is designed to meet the emotional, physical, social and cognitive needs of the participants. Below is a general list of programs.
