The Access Functional Needs List is a list of County citizens who may need assistance at the time of a disaster. Most will have medical conditions that will require assistance from others. This assistance may involve providing transportation to a shelter or assistance after they arrive. Some isolated citizens may also need to be alerted that a disaster is pending and they need to seek safety.
Any citizen can be added to our list. It is updated annually; however new names are entered as they are received.
