Please note that prior to FY 2022, the JCSA budget was part of the James City County budget document. Those documents can be found here. 

James City Service Authority received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for the FY23 Adopted Budget.  This was the second year the JCSA received this award which is the highest form of recognition in governmental budgeting.  In order to receive the award, the budget document must meet program criteria as a policy document, as a financial plan, as an operations guide, and as a communications device.

The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to James City Service Authority for its FY20 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.  This was the thirty-sixth year the JCSA has received this prestigious award for producing a report emphasizing full disclosure and transparency.
