Marina Boat Shed Demo

June 2023

Scope of Work

This project involves the demolition of the existing boat sheds at the James City County Marina.  An October 2022 report titled the Structural, Plumbing and Electrical Condition Assessment by Pace Collaborative and Liberty Engineering found that the two boat sheds were in an unsatisfactory condition and recommended repair by replacement as the most feasible and economical alternative.  Given the hazards associated with the boat shed condition, the County decided in late November 2022 that demolition should occur as soon as possible.
