James City County is pleased to announce that The Drying Co. (TDC) has been inducted into the Basement Systems Incorporated (BSI) network, which offers patented and award-winning basement waterproofing products and custom designed permanent solutions for wet basements. A key benefit of this new relationship is that warranties issued by the locally-owned and operated TDC are also backed by BSI and are transferable.
“I’m very excited to be a new dealer of the BSI network. BSI is a national leader in the waterproofing industry with innovative products, systems and training. BSI is helping us give our customers the solutions they need to keep a dry basement or crawl space,” said Steve Tetreault, owner and president of TDC.
BSI was established in 1987 and was a single contractor company servicing the Seymore, CT area. It has grown to include a network of more than 300 authorized dealers throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland. BSI headquarters are located at the company’s corporate campus in CT, encompassing 210,000 square feet of office space and training facilities. Contractors, like TDC, utilize the state-of-the-art training facilities to gain best practice insights for delivering the best solutions for local customers.
TDC is located in Toano at 236 Industrial Boulevard, Suite A. Their service area includes the Greater Williamsburg area, Hampton Roads and Richmond. TDC specializes in basement waterproofing systems including drainage systems, sump pumps and more. TDC has serviced more than 10,000 homes, hospitals, schools and businesses since 2002.
