[ARCHIVED] Police Seek Assistance in Identifying Credit Card Fraud Suspect

Credit Card Fraud Suspect

On April 26, a fraudulent credit card was used to make purchases at a Panera Bread in Newport News, the Panera Bread in James City County and at Lowe’s located at 801 E. Rochambeau Drive in York County. The purchase made at Lowe’s was pre-ordered via telephone or online. The individual in the attached photo went to pick up the pre-ordered merchandise and provided the name of “John Morgan.”

Callers to the Crime Line may remain anonymous, do not have to testify in court and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 if the information leads to an arrest.
