James City County is pleased to announce that Sally Beauty held a ribbon cutting and grand opening for their new store at 4680 Monticello Avenue in the Monticello Marketplace. Sally Beauty is the destination for thousands of beauty products.

“We are excited to unveil our newest Sally Beauty concept store here in James City County. This store will provide salon quality products, from hair care and color, to nails and pro-quality styling tools that are priced to please and backed by Sally Beauty's Love It or Return It Guarantee,” said Tim Nixon, regional director of Sally Beauty.
