James City County Stormwater and Resource Protection has opened the Clean Water Heritage Grant to applicants.
The Grant provides cost-share funding to homeowner associations, communities, contractors, businesses, and individuals who own stormwater infrastructure and need funding to maintain it. The goal of the Grant is to promote the maintenance of privately owned neighborhood drainage systems and private stormwater management facilities (BMPs). Grant categories include Inventory & Inspection, Repair & Maintenance, and BMP Repair & Maintenance.
- Up to $50,000 in funding may be provided to owners of neighborhood drainage systems to complete repairs.
- Up to $7,500 in funding may be provided to Best Management Practice (BMP) owners to complete repairs to BMPs.
Complete and submit a Clean Water Heritage Grant Application (PDF) by Sept. 28, 2018. Please read all application instructions before submitting.
