New Town Williamsburg is excited to welcome the Southern Food Festival by Center of the Universe (COTU) Brewing on Saturday, April 6 from noon until 5 p.m. COTU’s popular Southern Food Festival is hitting the road in 2019 and coming to Sullivan Square!

New Town area restaurants have been invited by COTU to prepare their best Southern cuisine. Participants include Anatolia Bar & Grill, Bonefish Grill, Center Street Grill, Cogan’s Deli & Sports Pub, The Corner Pocket and Paul’s Deli & Neighborhood Restaurant. Vendors will be offering $3 tapas of their showcased Southern dish, so attendees can pick what they want to eat with a $5 general admission ticket or can opt to receive one item from each vendor along with priority line access and two beverage tickets for $60.

Beverages will be available from COTU, Origin Beer Lab and Sly Clyde Ciderworks.

Live bluegrass music from Commonwealth Bluegrass Band from noon until 2:30 p.m. followed by Buckville Hootenanny from 2:30-5 p.m.

“The whole Center of the Universe Brewing Company team is excited to bring our most popular culinary festival to the Williamsburg area. We cannot wait to share the incredible food, music and of course beer, with the entire community,” said Chris Ray, cofounder of COTU.

Tickets may be purchased online.
