As part of a celebration of Black History Month, JCC TV will air a presentation on the Free Black Settlement at Freedom Park by Col. Lafayette Jones, a historian and descendant of those who lived on the Free Black Settlement.
You can watch the Free Black Settlement Presentation every night at 7 p.m on JCC TV, Cox Channels 48 and 1048, or stream it online. The program is also available on the James City County YouTube channel. (Times subject to change for board meetings)
