[ARCHIVED] Police Seek Information on Theft & Credit Card Fraud Incidents

On June 12, between 1:30 and 3 p.m., an unknown person(s) entered the men’s locker room at the James City County Recreation Center and stole property, including wallets, from lockers. Credit cards from the wallets were later used at Walgreens and Rite Aid in Williamsburg and James City County. More than $2,000 in fraudulent purchases were made.

Callers to the Crime Line may remain anonymous, do not have to testify in court and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 if the information leads to an arrest.
