[ARCHIVED] Jr. NBA Skills Challenge

Join us for the Jr. NBA Skills Challenge on Saturday, Jan. 18, 10 a.m. – noon at the James City County Recreation Center, 5301 Longhill Road. The free challenge is designed for ages 6-13.

This nationwide basketball skills competition is a fun way to test your shooting, dribbling and rebounding skills! Each participant has one-minute to score as many points as possible. The top three winners from each division (Boys13U, Girls 13U, Boys 11U and Girls 11U) will advance to the regional competition (takes place Feb.16 - April 26). The regional champions will earn an all expense paid trip to the National Skills Challenge Competition, held in New York City June 23-26.

Space is limited; preregistration is highly recommended.

Boys and girls *age 11 & younger (born on or after Sept. 1, 2008): 10 a.m.; registration code is #502210-A
Boys and girls *ages 12-13, (born between Sept. 1, 2006 - Aug. 31, 2008): 11 a.m.; registration code is #502210-B

*Aging date for each participant is their age on Aug. 31, 2020, not their current age
