As part of Engage 2045, the County’s Comprehensive Plan update process, property owners have the opportunity to apply to change the Land Use Map designations for their properties through May 31. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, applicants who believe they will not be able to finalize and submit their applications via JCC PermitLink by this date are encouraged to contact the Planning Division at 757-253-6685 or email@example.com before the May 31 deadline to discuss their applications.
