[ARCHIVED] Police Seek Larceny and Credit Card Fraud Suspect

Attempt to ID - larceny, credit card fraud suspect and suspect vehicle

On June 11 around noon, a victim had left her purse in her parked, locked vehicle at the Greensprings Interpretive Trail (behind Jamestown High School) when an unknown person shattered the passenger side window of the vehicle and stole her purse. At 12:15 p.m., her credit cards were fraudulently used to purchase gift cards at the Harris Teeter located at 4511 John Tyler Highway. Surveillance photos captured the subject using the credit cards and the vehicle he was in (possibly a Nissan Armada).

If you are able to identify this subject or know who may have been involved in this incident, please contact Senior Police Officer Jason Shadrix at 757-253-1800 or or call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. You may also submit tips online at Callers to the Crime Line and P3 Tips users may remain anonymous, do not have to testify in court and may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000 if the information provided leads to an arrest.
