[ARCHIVED] Police Conduct Homicide Investigation

At approximately 7:30 a.m. on Aug. 29, James City County Police responded to the Motel Zuma located at 6493 Richmond Road in the Lightfoot area in reference to a man found deceased in a grassy area next to the parking lot. The man was identified as Terrence Orlando Pressey, 45 of James City County. His body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Norfolk where an autopsy was performed that determined that he was the victim of a homicide. The exact cause of death is being withheld at this time as the investigation is on-going.
