[ARCHIVED] Fall Prevention Featured on This Week in James City County

In recognition of Fall Prevention Week, we are replaying the episode about Remembering When: A Fall and Fire Prevention Program for Seniors. Now called CONECT, the program reaches out to individuals throughout James City County who are in need of supportive services. This program serves to “connect” citizens and their caregivers with appropriate resources to aid and support individualized needs in the home. Ellie Rest, CONECT Program Coordinator and Jason Sweet, Battalion Chief assigned to EMS, are our guests. Check it out and let us know what you think!
