Tamara Dalazia Meekins is a 17-year-old black female.  She is 5’8” and 130 pounds with red highlights in her hair.

Meekins left a family member’s residence (where she has been staying) in the 100 block of Ruth Lane on Jan. 4 and has not been seen since. Meekins is in need of medication for medical conditions, and she does not have the medication with her.
