James City County offices, facilities, services, libraries and courts will observe the following schedule for Presidents Day.
County offices:
Closed Monday, Feb. 15
James City County Recreation Center and Abram Frink Jr. Community Center:
Both centers will be open normal hours.
Parks:
All County Parks are open, however, some parks have stores/offices which are closed for the holiday:
-- Chickahominy Riverfront Park and the James City County Marina Stores/Offices are closed Monday, Feb. 15.
-- Freedom Park Store/Office and Little Creek Reservoir Store/Office are open on Saturdays and Sundays only.
Convenience Centers:

Garbage Transfer Station:
Open Monday, Feb. 15
Curbside Recycling:

Libraries:
Due to the spike in COVID-19 cases in the community, all WRL facilities are temporarily closed as of 1/15/21.
