Beginning in April, James City Service Authority (JCSA) will begin construction of a neighborhood wide water main replacement project in the Canterbury Hills, Jamestown Farms, Indigo Park and White Oaks subdivisions. Limited work will also be completed in the Mill Creek Landing subdivision. As part of JCSA’s renewal and replacement program, JCSA will be replacing approximately 22,000 feet of existing water mains. The project is being completed to replace aging infrastructure, provide increased service reliability and improve the flow available for fire protection in the area.
The work will be completed by JCSA’s contractor, Henry S. Branscome, LLC. The project will be completed in 4 phases with an expected completion date of December 2022. Project updates can be found at https://www.jamescitycountyva.gov/3671/Water-Main-Replacement. Questions? Please call 757-229-7421.
