JCCPD Seeks Public Assistance in Burglary Investigation

JCCPD announces a crime has occurred

On Dec. 12, 2022, at approximately 6:20 p.m., James City County Police Department personnel responded to a Burglary in progress at AP Homes located at 7431 Richmond Road in the Norge section of James City County. A witness to the incident observed 4 males fleeing from the business. The suspects were described as two Black males and two white or light-skinned males. All suspects were wearing dark-colored hoodies. Several thousands of dollars of US Currency and two shower kits valued at over $600 were stolen

The investigation is ongoing at this time. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Investigator Tim Renwick at 757-259-5164 or tim.renwick @jamescitycountyva.gov. Callers to the Crime Line and P3 Tips users may remain anonymous, do not have to testify in court and may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000 if the information provided leads to an arrest.
